Group coaching offers a space to step out of your own head and start making sense of things alongside others who are experiencing something similar.

If you’re used to carrying things on your own, it can be powerful to realise you’re not the only one thinking or feeling this way.

How it works

Each group is built around a specific theme - whether that’s feeling stuck, navigating change, or reconnecting with yourself.

Sessions are small and intentionally kept that way, so the space feels calm, focused, and easy to engage with. Rather than surface-level discussion, we focus on helping you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Looking at things like:

  • the pressures you’re under

  • the expectations you’ve taken on

  • and the patterns that may be shaping how you think and feel

What makes it different

You’re not just learning from your own reflection.

You also hear how others think, process, and experience similar situations - which often brings a different level of clarity and perspective.

It helps you step back, see things differently, and realise you’re not alone in what you’ve been carrying.
