Why coaching?

People access therapy to support them with their mental health, to deal with their past experiences and support them with the pain and discomfort associated. Coaching is about mental growth and moving towards ones desired goals.

Coaching is a powerful, forward-focused process that helps you get unstuck, gain clarity, and move toward the life you want — with support, structure, and compassion.

It’s not therapy or advice-giving. It’s a safe, collaborative space where you explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals with someone trained to listen deeply and ask the right questions. Together, we uncover what’s holding you back and create practical, personalised steps for meaningful change.

As your coach, I won’t tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll help you reconnect with your inner strengths, values, and wisdom — so you can make decisions that feel right for you. Coaching can help you:

At Reset Coaching, we help clients to do quality, generative thinking. Sessions are based around a conversation but may also involve exercises done on paper or a flipchart or use of props. Sometimes, there may be simple tasks or specific thinking to be done between sessions. The process might feel challenging at times, however we always ensure that clients are comfortable and happy to engage.
