What is Positive Psychology?

Positive Psychology focuses on what helps people not just cope, but genuinely feel happier, stronger, more fulfilled, and more connected to themselves and their lives. It's the science of happiness!

Rather than only focusing on problems, Positive Psychology explores things like emotional wellbeing, resilience, confidence, strengths, meaning, purpose, relationships, and personal growth.

At Reset Coaching, Positive Psychology is used in a practical and supportive way to help people better understand themselves, reconnect with what matters to them, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What is Strengths-Based Coaching?

We use a strengths-based approach to help people recognise what is already strong within them,  even during difficult periods in life.

Many people become so focused on coping, pressure, self-doubt, or what they feel they are lacking that they lose sight of their strengths, values, and natural abilities.
